Ingredients
 

  • 1 Packet Noodles
  • beef strips
  • 2 Tablespoons Blue Band Margarine
  • 1/2 Green Bell Pepper, Sliced
  • 2-3 Sprig of Spring Onion
  • 1 Tablespoon Garlic, Minced
  • 1 Small Onion, Chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon Corn Flour
  • 1 Chicken Stock Cube
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 5 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 3 Tablespoons Oyster Sauce
  • 3 Tablespoons Chicken Stock
  • 1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon Sesame oil

Instructions
 

  1. Marinate the beef strips with Garlic powder, stock and corn Flour. Mix and leave to marinate for at least an hour.
  2. Mix the Soy Sauce, Oyster Sauce, Chicken Stock and Sesame oil and set aside.
  3. Add Blue Band Margarine to a pan and let melt. Add the marinated beef and fry until brown on all sides. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
  4. Place the same pan on the heat and add the chopped onions and garlic and saute until fragrant.
  5. Add the chopped peppers and cook for a minute. Add the spring onions and cooked beef back into the pan.
  6. Pour the prepared sauce in the pan and let cook for another minute.
  7. Add boiled noodles to the pan and mix well. Serve with a garnish of spring onions
