Ingredients
2 packs of dried rice noodles (approx. 260 g)
3 tablespoon oil
1 onion slices
half cup red peppers thinly sliced
half cup carrots thinly sliced
half cup broccoli florets
half cup cabbage shredded
1 tablespoon ginger chopped
salt
half teaspoon black pepper crushed
1 tablespoon Blue Band Original Margarine
4 tablespoon water
3 tablespoon light soy sauce
half cup spring onion chopped

Instructions
In boiling water, add the dry noodles and cook for 2 minutes. Drain the water and set aside.
In a wok or wide pan, heat Blueband and fry onions until it becomes translucent.
Add the bell peppers, carrots, broccoli, cabbage and ginger. Mix well.
Mix fried vegetables with the noodles and serve hot
