Instructions
Mix together warm milk, yeast and sugar in a bowl. Let sit for 10 minutes.
Beat the eggs in a large bowl with a whisk and add the Blueband margarine. Beat again with a whisk and add in the yeast mixture. Once mixed together, add 2 cups of the flour and mix until combined.
Add the remaining flour and knead into a dough for 8-10 minutes.
Place the dough in a bowl and cover with cling film. Let rest in a warm place for 1-2 hours or until the dough has doubled in size.
Divide the dough into 5 parts. Roll out each part in a circle approximately ½ inch thick. Use a circular object to cut out large circles from the dough followed by small circles in the middle.
Repeat the same with the rest of the dough and cover with a cloth. Let rest for another 30 minutes.
Deep fry until golden brown and then dip into melted chocolate.
