Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 and half tablespoons Blueband margarine spread melted
  • half cup natural yogurt
  • 1 teaspoons yeast
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • quater cup warm water
  • half cup chocolate chopped

Instructions

  1. Make the dough by mixing together flour, yoghurt, yeast and sugar. Add water only a little at a time until it is at a picking consistency.
  2. Fry the dough in little balls for 3-4 minutes. Take them out on a kitchen towel to drain excess oil.
  3. In a small bowl, add the chocolate and melt in a microwave in 20-second bursts. Add the Blueband margarine and mix. Fill the chocolate peanut butter in a piping bag.
  4. Use a toothpick to make a hole in the puff puff and pipe the chocolate peanut butter into it.
  5. Repeat with the rest and serve with a dusting of icing sugar.
