Ingredients
4 tbsps Blue Band spread for bread
1 1/2 cups golden sella basmati rice
3 cups water
1/4 mixed herbs
Pinch of salt

Instructions
Bring water to a slow boil
Add in rice, add some salt and parboil
Rinse rice and cook until soft and water dries
Add Blue Band spread for bread and mix herbs
Cover the pot and allow to steam for 2-3 minutes
Stir and fluff rice with a fork
Serve and enjoy alone or with some stew, sauce or gravy
