Ingredients

  • 4 tbsps Blue Band spread for bread
  • 1/4 cup carrots (chopped)
  • 3/4 cup bell peppers - Green, Yellow, Red (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup spring onions (sliced)
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a clean bowl, add Blue Band spread for bread
  2. Add all chopped veggies to bowl
  3. Add in black pepper and salt
  4. Mix all ingredients together until properly combined
