Ingredients

For the patty
  • 2 chicken breast fillets minced
  • half onions chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon coriander leaves chopped
  • 2 tablespoon parsley chopped
  • salt
  • freshly ground black pepper
For the sauce:
  • 2 tablespoon oil
  • 1 tablespoon ginger minced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic minced
  • 1 half cups water
  • 3 tablespoon Blue Band peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
Extra:
  • cheese slices
  • burger buns sliced into half moons
  • lettuce
  • sliced onions
  • crispy bacon

Instructions

For the chicken patty
  1. Mix all the ingredients for the patty together . Divide the mixture into 3 parts and form each part into patties
  2. Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan and place the patty on it. Cook for 4-5 minutes and then flip. Place a layer of cheese on the patty and let cook for another 3-4 minutes. Set aside.
For the sauce
  1. Heat oil in a pot and add the ginger and garlic. Then add the water, followed by the rest of the ingredients. Whisk until it becomes slightly thick. Take off the flame.
  2. To assemble: Toast the burger buns, layer some lettuce, followed by the patty, raw sliced onions, crispy bacon and peanut sauce. Top with the top bun and serve.
