- 115 g Blue Band margarine melted
- 170 g dark chocolate melted
- 2 large eggs
- 2 egg yolks
- 60 g sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 30 g plain flour sifted
- Grease four 6-ounce ramekins by brushing margarine on the bottom and sides of the ramekins.Set aside.
- In a mixer, whisk eggs, egg yolks, sugar, and salt at high speed until thick and pale.
- Stir the melted margarine and melted chocolate in until just combined. Fold in the flour.
- Spoon batter into the prepared ramekins and bake in a preheated oven at 220 degrees Celcius for 10-12 minutes or until the sides of the cake are firm but the centers are soft
- Remove from the oven and let the cake cool in the ramekins for 1 minute. Then cover each one of them with an inverted dessert plate. Carefully turn each one over then remove the ramekin.
- Dust with icing sugar and serve immediately with fresh fruits
