Ingredients

  • 115 g Blue Band margarine melted
  • 170 g dark chocolate melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 60 g sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 30 g plain flour sifted

Instructions

  1. Grease four 6-ounce ramekins by brushing margarine on the bottom and sides of the ramekins.Set aside.
  2. In a mixer, whisk eggs, egg yolks, sugar, and salt at high speed until thick and pale.
  3. Stir the melted margarine and melted chocolate in until just combined. Fold in the flour.
  4. Spoon batter into the prepared ramekins and bake in a preheated oven at 220 degrees Celcius for 10-12 minutes or until the sides of the cake are firm but the centers are soft
  5. Remove from the oven and let the cake cool in the ramekins for 1 minute. Then cover each one of them with an inverted dessert plate. Carefully turn each one over then remove the ramekin.
  6. Dust with icing sugar and serve immediately with fresh fruits
