Ingredients
115 g Blue Band Original melted
200 g dark cooking chocolate melted
240 g Fine Sugar
90 g brown sugar
3 eggs
1/4 teaspoon (2G) salt
1 teaspoon (5G) vanilla essence
60 g All Purpose flour sifted
30 g cocoa powder sifted
Vanila ice cream

Instructions
Melt chocolate in a microwave on medium power in 1-minute intervals until chocolate is melted. Set aside to cool.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk eggs together with both sugars until creamy.
Stir in melted chocolate, melted margarine, vanilla essence, and salt.
Fold in sifted flour and cocoa powder.
Pour the batter into a 7-inch square baking pan lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 1800c for about 40 minutes.
Remove from the oven and set aside to cool.
Slice brownies into squares, serve with ice cream, and Enjoy!
