- 115 g Blue Band Original melted
- 200 g dark cooking chocolate melted
- 240 g Fine Sugar
- 90 g brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon (2G) salt
- 1 teaspoon (5G) vanilla essence
- 60 g All Purpose flour sifted
- 30 g cocoa powder sifted
- Vanila ice cream
- Melt chocolate in a microwave on medium power in 1-minute intervals until chocolate is melted. Set aside to cool.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk eggs together with both sugars until creamy.
- Stir in melted chocolate, melted margarine, vanilla essence, and salt.
- Fold in sifted flour and cocoa powder.
- Pour the batter into a 7-inch square baking pan lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 1800c for about 40 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and set aside to cool.
- Slice brownies into squares, serve with ice cream, and Enjoy!
