  • 40 g Blue Band Original
  • 1 cup plain flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 3/4 cup warm milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together melted margarine, egg, milk, vanilla and sugar until well mixed.
  2. Sift in flour, baking powder, and salt and stir until smooth batter is formed.
  3. Ladle waffle batter into preheated Waffle iron and cook until golden and crispy
  4. Serve warm with maple syrup and fresh fruits.
