- 40 g Blue Band Original
- 1 cup plain flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 tablespoon white sugar
- 1 large egg
- 3/4 cup warm milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- In a medium bowl, whisk together melted margarine, egg, milk, vanilla and sugar until well mixed.
- Sift in flour, baking powder, and salt and stir until smooth batter is formed.
- Ladle waffle batter into preheated Waffle iron and cook until golden and crispy
- Serve warm with maple syrup and fresh fruits.
