- 120 grams flour
- 1 teaspoon instant yeast
- 2 tablespoons caster sugar
- salt
- 240 grams warm milk
- 12 grams Blue Band margarine
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 1. Preheat oven to 350degrees Celcius
- Put flour in a bowl. Add yeast, sugar, salt, and warm milk to the mix.
- Add one whole egg and Blue Band Margarine to the bowl.
- Mix them well.
- Once a dough is formed, knead until smooth.
- Flatten the Dough and Brush with Blue Band Margarine.
- Sprinkle Cinnamon on the Flattened dough and roll tightly.
- Slice the roll into 1 1/2 inch counts and place them on a baking tray
- Bake for 20 minutes until Golden Brown.
- Sprinkle some icing sugar and serve.
