- 1 egg
- 2 slices bread
- half teaspoon vanilla extract
- quater teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 3 tablespoon milk
- salt
- 1 tbsp Blue Band peanut butter topp
- strawberries
- In a shallow dish, whisk together egg, vanilla, cinnamon, milk and salt. Dip the bread in the egg mixture and turn to coat both sides.
- Heat 1/2 tsp oil in a pan and place the bread on it. Cook for 1 minute on each side or until browned.
- Serve with a drizzle of peanut butter and sliced strawberries.
