2 large eggs
4 slices bread
4 tablespoon Blue Band margarine
salt

Instructions

In a shallow dish, whisk together egg, milk and salt. Dip the bread in the egg mixture and turn to coat both sides.
Heat 1 tbsp Blue Band Margarine in a pan and place the bread on it. Cook for 1 minute on each side or until browned.
Serve with a drizzle of peanut butter and sliced strawberries.
