- 2 large eggs
- 4 slices bread
- 4 tablespoon Blue Band margarine
- salt
- In a shallow dish, whisk together egg, milk and salt. Dip the bread in the egg mixture and turn to coat both sides.
- Heat 1 tbsp Blue Band Margarine in a pan and place the bread on it. Cook for 1 minute on each side or until browned.
- Serve with a drizzle of peanut butter and sliced strawberries.
