- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- quater cup sugar
- 1 half baking powder
- quater teaspoon salt
- half cup Blue Band peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 cup milk
- half cup chocolate chips
- banana
- In a large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
- Add the peanut butter in another bowl and microwave for 30-40 seconds. Once the peanut butter is runny, whisk into it the vanilla, egg and milk.
- Pour the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and mix until combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Scoop up 1/2 cup of the batter and pour onto a greased griddle/pan over a medium flame.
- Cook for 45 seconds on one side and flip. Cook for another 15 seconds and then take it off the heat.
- Top with sliced bananas and a drizzle of peanut butter before serving.
