Ingredients
3 eggs
1 and half cups milk
half teaspoon vanilla essence
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 teaspoon sugar
3 tablespoon Blue Band margarine
1 tablespoon melted Blue Band peanut butter
sliced bananas

Instructions
In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla, flour, sugar and melted margarine. Sieve the mixture.
Grease a pan on medium heat with Blue Band and add 1/4 cup of the batter into the center of the pan and then swirl around.
Cook for 45 seconds on each side and then fold it into half and then into quarters.
Serve with a drizzle of Blue Band peanut butter and bananas.
