Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoon Blue Band peanut butter
  • 2 medium ripe bananas mashed
  • half cup margarine spread melted
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, beat the peanut butter using an electric mixer until creamy. Add the mashed bananas, margarine, milk, egg and vanilla and beat.
  2. Add the sugar, flour, cinnamon powder and baking soda and fold it in using a spatula. Once combined, pour the mixture into a greased bread tin and level off with a spatula.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 55-60 minutes or until a skewer inserted into it comes out dry.
  4. Let cool for 15-20 minutes and then take it out of the bread tin and slice.
