Instructions
In a bowl, mix together flour, baking powder and baking soda. Set aside.
In another bowl, using an electric mixer or whisk, beat together margarine and sugar until creamed. Beat into it one egg at a time followed by peanut butter and vanilla.
Add the dry ingredients and oats and mix using a spatula until the dough comes together.
Chill the mixture for at least 20-25 minutes in the refrigerator.
Scoop up some of the mixture and roll into a ball in your palms. Place them 1 inch apart on a greased baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 175C for 12-14 minutes or until golden brown.
