- third cup Blue Band peanut butter
- half teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 200 g assorted fresh fruit
- In a bowl mix together yoghurt, peanut butter, vanilla, and honey. Serve as a dip with assorted fruits such as grapes, strawberries, bananas, apples, etc.
