Instructions
Sear the beef short ribs with salt and black pepper in a pot until browned. Remove the ribs and set aside.
In the same pot add in onions, garlic, tomato paste, water, stock cube, BBQ Sauce and let it come to a boil. Add back in the short ribs cover and cook on low heat for 2-3 hours.
Pull the meat from the bones. Reduce the sauce in the pot and add back in the meat and mix
Layer a burger bun with lettuce, the pulled meat, Cheese, shredded cabbage and carrots, mixed with Blue Band Mayonnaise and then top of the bun. Enjoy!
