Ingredients

  • 2 Large sweet potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoon Blue Band for spread

Instructions

  1. Peel, wash and cut sweet Potatoes into small cubes
  2. Place in a pot and add cold water
  3. Add some salt, cover and allow to cook on medium heat until soft.
  4. When soft, drain and transfer to a bowl
  5. Add heavy cream and Blue Band spread for bread.
  6. Using a masher, mash sweet potatoes until smooth
  7. Serve with favourite protein and enjoy
