Ingredients

  • plain flour
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1.5 teaspoon baking powder
Toppings
  • strawberry jam
  • 20 (sliced) Almonds
  • 4 tablespoons Sugar
  • 5 tablespoons icing sugar
  • water

Instructions

  1. Sieve the icing sugar, flour and baking soda.
  2. Beat the egg properly and set aside.
  3. Mix well and add Blue Band Margarine.
  4. Add the beaten egg and knead the dough for 1 minute until it gets smooth.
  5. Roll the dough and divide it into 4 parts to make 4 different types of biscuits.
  6. Using the fast part, Flatten it with your hands, Cut with a cookie cutter, Add almond pieces on top and bake for 12 minutes to 15 minutes.
  7. Using the second part, Dust the surface with flour, Add the cocoa powder and mix well.
  8. Flatten the dough and cut the dough with a flower cutter. Cut holes in the middle of half of the cut pieces and bake for 12 minutes to 15 minutes.
  9. In a separate bowl, Mix the cocoa powder, icing sugar and water. When the chocolate biscuits are cool, Add the chocolate sauce on top of the whole Biscuit and place the biscuit with the hole on top. Set aside to cool.
  10. Using the 3rd part, Dust the surface with flour, Flatten the dough and cut into squares.
  11. Brush with egg on top, Sprinkle the sugar on the sides and bake for 12 minutes to 15 minutes.
  12. Using the 4th part, Flatten the dough, Cut with the cookie cutter. Cut holes in the middle of half of the cut pieces and bake for 12 minutes to 15 minutes. Add jam on top of the whole biscuits and place the biscuit with the hole on top.Set aside to cool.
