Ingredients

  • 2 packs of dried rice noodles (approx. 260 g)
  • 3 tablespoon oil
  • 1 onion slices
  • half cup red peppers thinly sliced
  • half cup carrots thinly sliced
  • half cup broccoli florets
  • half cup cabbage shredded
  • 1 tablespoon ginger chopped
  • salt
  • half teaspoon black pepper crushed
  • 1 tablespoon Blue Band peanut butter
  • 4 tablespoon water
  • 3 tablespoon light soy sauce
  • half cup spring onion chopped

Instructions

  1. In boiling water, add the dry noodles and cook for 2 minutes. Drain the water and set aside.
  2. In a wok or wide pan, heat oil and add the onions. Cook until the onions become translucent.
  3. Add the bell peppers, carrots, broccoli, cabbage and ginger. Mix well.
