- 3 bunch Mboga kinyeji Mix
- 1/4 cup Blue Band mayonnaise
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 medium tomatoes
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Wash and chop mboga kienyeji.
- Boil for 30 minutes.Drain Completely
- In a pan add oil, add onions and garlic and saute for 3 minutes
- Add tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes
- Add milk, Blue Band Mayonnaise and salt.Cook for 5 minutes
- Serve.
