  • 3 bunch Mboga kinyeji Mix
  • 1/4 cup Blue Band mayonnaise
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  1. Wash and chop mboga kienyeji.
  2. Boil for 30 minutes.Drain Completely
  3. In a pan add oil, add onions and garlic and saute for 3 minutes
  4. Add tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes
  5. Add milk, Blue Band Mayonnaise and salt.Cook for 5 minutes
  6. Serve.
