- 2Tablespoon Blue Band Margarine
- bananas
- red onion
- 2medium Tomatoes
- 1tablespoon Tomato Paste
- 1 Cup water
- 1Teaspoon Paprika Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Cumin Powder
- salt
- Fresh Coriander Leaves
- Peel and clean the Green Bananas.
- In your pan add Blue Band Margarine, then add onion and garlic.Cook for 1 minute
- Add the tomato and tomato paste.Cook for 3 minutes or until a thick paste.
- Add Bananas and water, stir then add paprika powder, cumin powder and salt
- Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve!
