Ingredients

  • 2 tilapia fillets
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • 1/2 cup Blue Band mayonnaise
  • 1 cup coriander leaves
  • 1/2 white onion
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon capers
  • Serve with creamy mashed potatoes and boiled green peas

Instructions

  1. Season the tilapia fish fillets with salt and black pepper.
  2. In a bowl, mix the blue band mayonnaise, coriander leaves, onions, lemon juice and capers
  3. Spread the mixture over the fish and bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 220 degrees Celcius
  4. Season a pot of water with salt and boil 3 potatoes for 15- 20 minutes. Drain the water, add milk and mash until creamy
  5. Serve the fish with mashed potatoes and boiled green peas
