  • 400 grams pork chops
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 garlic clove
  • 1/2 cup Blue Band peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • salt and pepper
  • vegetable oil
  1. Season pork chops with salt and pepper
  2. Cook pork chop for 3minutes each side and set aside
  3. In a pan add oil, add onions and garlic, saute for 1 minute
  4. Add coconut milk, Blue Band Peanut Butter, soy sauce, lime juice and sugar , cook for 5minutes while stirring.
  5. Serve the pork over mashed potatoes and top with the peanut sauce
