- 400 grams pork chops
- 1 medium onion
- 2 garlic clove
- 1/2 cup Blue Band peanut butter
- 3/4 cup coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- salt and pepper
- vegetable oil
- Season pork chops with salt and pepper
- Cook pork chop for 3minutes each side and set aside
- In a pan add oil, add onions and garlic, saute for 1 minute
- Add coconut milk, Blue Band Peanut Butter, soy sauce, lime juice and sugar , cook for 5minutes while stirring.
- Serve the pork over mashed potatoes and top with the peanut sauce
