Ingredients

  • 200 grams beef steak thickly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger minced
  • half teaspoon lemon juice
  • salt
  • quater teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • half onion thinly sliced
  • quater mango chopped
  • coriander leaves roughly chopped
  • 1 lettuce roughly torn
For the dressing
  • third cup Blue Band peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 1 half tablespoon vinegar
  • pinch black pepper crushed
  • 5 tablespoon water

Instructions

For the steak:
  1. In a bowl, mix together steak slices, garlic, ginger, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Let marinate for at least 20 minutes
  2. Heat oil in a pan and place the steak slices on it. Cook for 5-7 minutes and then take it off the flame.
For the dressing:
  1. Whisk all the ingredients for the dressing together until combined.
To assemble:
  1. layer a wide bowl with lettuce and mix in onions, mango cubes and coriander leaves. Top with the beef slices and drizzle some of the dressing over it. Serve.
