- 2 cups plain flour
- 1 tablespoon Blue Band margarine spread
- 1 teaspoon salt
- three quateter cup boiled butternut squash mashed
- half cup water
- 2 tablespoon Blue Band margarine spread rolling
- In a large bowl, mix together flour, margarine and salt. Add boiled butternut squash and water and mix. Knead for 6-10 minutes and then cover the dough with a cloth and let rest for 20 minutes.
- Divide the dough into 6 portions and roll out each portion into a big circle. Spread some margarine on it with a sprinkle of flour and then roll it up. Roll it out into a large circle again and then place it on a hot pan. Once bubbles form, flip it over and spread margarine on it.
- Cook for 45 seconds and then flip over and put some more margarine. Cook for 45 seconds and take it out.
