Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain flour
  • 1 tablespoon Blue Band margarine spread
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • three quateter cup boiled butternut squash mashed
  • half cup water
  • 2 tablespoon Blue Band margarine spread rolling

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together flour, margarine and salt. Add boiled butternut squash and water and mix. Knead for 6-10 minutes and then cover the dough with a cloth and let rest for 20 minutes.
  2. Divide the dough into 6 portions and roll out each portion into a big circle. Spread some margarine on it with a sprinkle of flour and then roll it up. Roll it out into a large circle again and then place it on a hot pan. Once bubbles form, flip it over and spread margarine on it.
  3. Cook for 45 seconds and then flip over and put some more margarine. Cook for 45 seconds and take it out.
