Instructions
In a small bowl, mix oyster sauce, sweet soy sauce, fish sauce, honey, sugar and salt. Set aside.
In a pan or wok, Melt Blue Band Margarine. Add garlic and ginger then saute until lightly browned and aromatic.
Add in the Oyster sauce mixture into the pan or work and stir until mixture caramelizes.
Stir in water then add the shredded Chicken, Red Chill, Coriander Stalks and Fried Shallots.
Saute for another minute just until the shredded chicken absorbs the sauce. Set aside.
Split the Mantou buns in the middle 3/4 of the way then pan fry both sides over low-medium heat in a work or pan with melted Blue Band Margarine.
Fill the pan-fried Mantou Buns with the Chicken filling the top off with Coriander Leaves and a sprinkle of Sesame Seeds. Arrange the Mantou Chicken Buns on a plate the .
