- 1 Packet Noodles
- beef strips
- 2 Tablespoons Blue Band Margarine
- 1/2 Green Bell Pepper, Sliced
- 2-3 Sprig of Spring Onion
- 1 Tablespoon Garlic, Minced
- 1 Small Onion, Chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Corn Flour
- 1 Chicken Stock Cube
- 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 5 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 3 Tablespoons Oyster Sauce
- 3 Tablespoons Chicken Stock
- 1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
- 1 Teaspoon Sesame oil
- Marinate the beef strips with Garlic powder, stock and corn Flour.Mix and leave to marinate for at least an hour.
- Mix the Soy Sauce, Oyster Sauce, Chicken Stock and Sesame oil and set aside.
- Add Blue Band Margarine to a pan and let melt. Add the marinated beef and fry until brown on all sides. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
- Place the same pan on the heat and add the chopped onions and garlic and saute until fragrant.
- Add the chopped peppers and cook for a minute. Add the spring onions and cooked beef back into the pan.
- Pour the prepared sauce in the pan and let cook for another minute.
- Add boiled noodles to the pan and mix well. Serve with a garnish of spring onions
