Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoon Blue Band Margarine
  • 2 Tablespoon Chopped Garlic
  • 1 Cup Chopped Carrots
  • 1 Cup Chopped Green Beans
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 Cups Leftover Rice
  • 2 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon Chopped Chive

Instructions

  1. Melt the Blue Band Margarine in a pan and add in garlic.Cook for 1 minute
  2. Add in carrots and green beans and cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Add in 2 eggs and scramble them.Add in leftover Rice, Soy Sauce, Salt and Black Pepper and Mix in well
  4. Add on the chopped Chives and Serve hot.
