- 2 Tablespoon Blue Band Margarine
- 2 Tablespoon Chopped Garlic
- 1 Cup Chopped Carrots
- 1 Cup Chopped Green Beans
- 2 Eggs
- 2 Cups Leftover Rice
- 2 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
- salt
- black pepper
- 1 Tablespoon Chopped Chive
- Melt the Blue Band Margarine in a pan and add in garlic.Cook for 1 minute
- Add in carrots and green beans and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add in 2 eggs and scramble them.Add in leftover Rice, Soy Sauce, Salt and Black Pepper and Mix in well
- Add on the chopped Chives and Serve hot.
