- 1 tablespoon Blue Band margarine
- 4 g onions chopped
- 200 g rice Overnight cooked Rice
- 2 tablespoons raisins
- 3 tablespoons tomato ketchup
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon light soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon fish sauce
- 2 pieces eggs
- 2 pieces fried chicken drumsticks
- 2 pieces meat free Sausage
- 2 tablespoons Blue Band margarine
- 1. Cut sausages into half. Slice ends into quarters and quickly fry in a pan with melted Blue Band Margarine. Set aside. 2. Fry sunny side up eggs on a pan heated with Blue Band Margarine.Set aside. 3. In a small bowl, mix together Ketchup, light soy sauce, fish sauce, and sugar. 4. Melt Blue Band Margarine in a pan. Add in onions then saute over medium heat. 5. Add raisins followed by overnight rice. Stir Fry until rice softens. 6. Pour mixture into the pan and then continue stirring to coat the rice.Season with salt and pepper as needed. Remove from heat and set aside. 7. To assemble, mold the fried rice using a small bowl then tip it over a plate. Gently place the fried eggs over the rice. 8. Arrange the sausages and fried chicken around the rice. Option to add sliced tomatoes and lettuce on the side. Serve
