- chicken breast fillets
- 3Tablespoons Blue Band Margarine
- red onionS
- 3 Garlic Cloves Chopped
- 1/2 cup Cooking Cream
- 1/2 Cup Water
- 3 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- Cornish sea salt and pepper seasoning mix
- vegetable oil
- fresh parsley leaves
- Pound chicken in about 1/2 inch thickness.
- Season Chicken with salt and Pepper.
- Add oil to pan, Add the chicken and cook for 6 minutes each side. Set aside.
- Add oil to pan. Add onions and garlic and cook for 1 minute then add salt and pepper.
- Add cooking cream and water, mix well then add the chicken and lemon juice.
- 5 minutes or until the sauce thickens
- Garnish with Fresh parsley leaves. Serve!
