Ingredients
chicken breast fillets
3Tablespoons Blue Band Margarine
red onionS
3 Garlic Cloves Chopped
1/2 cup Cooking Cream
1/2 Cup Water
3 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
Cornish sea salt and pepper seasoning mix
vegetable oil
fresh parsley leaves

Instructions
Pound chicken in about 1/2 inch thickness.
Season Chicken with salt and Pepper.
Add oil to pan, Add the chicken and cook for 6 minutes each side. Set aside.
Add oil to pan. Add onions and garlic and cook for 1 minute then add salt and pepper.
Add cooking cream and water, mix well then add the chicken and lemon juice.
5 minutes or until the sauce thickens
Garnish with Fresh parsley leaves. Serve!
