Shrimp and Broccoli is coated in a sweet, salty, spicy, garlicky sauce and is an easy dinner

  • 1 head broccoli
  • 2 teaspoons Blue Band Margarine
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 8 pieces large prawns Deshelled and Deveined
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon sugar
  1. Combine Fish Sauce, Sugar and Oyster Sauce in a small bowl.
  2. Heat 1 teaspoon of Blue band Margarine in a pan. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. Add i teaspoon of Blue Band Margarine, once melted, add in Prawns. Cook for a few minutes or until pink.
  4. Stir in blanched broccoli.
  5. Pour over Prawn and Broccoli mixture and quickly stir. Turn off the heat.
  6. Transfer to a plate and serve.
