Ingredients
200 grams spaghetti pasta
3 tablespoons Blue Band peanut butter
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 garlic cloves minced
1 teaspoon ginger minced
1 cup mushrooms
1 cup broccoli florets
1/2 cup carrots
2 tablespoons water
sesame seed to garnish

Instructions
Cook spaghetti pats according to package instructions.
In a bowl mix Blue Band peanut butter, soy sauce, vinegar, lemon juice, hone, chilli flake, pepper and salt.
In a pan add oil, add garlic and ginger and cook for 1min
Add the mushroom, broccoli and carrots , stir the add water cove and cook for 3 minutes.
Add the boiled spaghetti pasta and the peanut sauce mix gently
Garnish with sesame seed and serve.
