- 200 grams spaghetti pasta
- 3 tablespoons Blue Band peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger minced
- 1 cup mushrooms
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup carrots
- 2 tablespoons water
- sesame seed to garnish
- Cook spaghetti pats according to package instructions.
- In a bowl mix Blue Band peanut butter, soy sauce, vinegar, lemon juice, hone, chilli flake, pepper and salt.
- In a pan add oil, add garlic and ginger and cook for 1min
- Add the mushroom, broccoli and carrots , stir the add water cove and cook for 3 minutes.
- Add the boiled spaghetti pasta and the peanut sauce mix gently
- Garnish with sesame seed and serve.
