Ingredients

  • 200 grams spaghetti pasta
  • 3 tablespoons Blue Band peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger minced
  • 1 cup mushrooms
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup carrots
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • sesame seed to garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti pats according to package instructions.
  2. In a bowl mix Blue Band peanut butter, soy sauce, vinegar, lemon juice, hone, chilli flake, pepper and salt.
  3. In a pan add oil, add garlic and ginger and cook for 1min
  4. Add the mushroom, broccoli and carrots , stir the add water cove and cook for 3 minutes.
  5. Add the boiled spaghetti pasta and the peanut sauce mix gently
  6. Garnish with sesame seed and serve.
