- 1 Cup All Purpose Flour
- 2/3 Cups Brown Sugar
- 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon Powder
- 2 Tablespoon Blue Band Margarine
- 1 Tin Crushed Pineapple
- Remove the juice from the canned pineapple and place it at the bottom of a pie dish.
- In a separate bowl combine the Flour, Sugar and Cinnamon Powder.
- Add in the melted Blue Band Margarine and mix it to form a crumble.
- Spoon the crumble over the pineapple.
- Bake at 180 Degrees Celcius for 40 minutes.
- Serve it hot or cold- on its own or with a scoop of ice cream.
