  • 1 Cup All Purpose Flour
  • 2/3 Cups Brown Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon Powder
  • 2 Tablespoon Blue Band Margarine
  • 1 Tin Crushed Pineapple
  1. Remove the juice from the canned pineapple and place it at the bottom of a pie dish.
  2. In a separate bowl combine the Flour, Sugar and Cinnamon Powder.
  3. Add in the melted Blue Band Margarine and mix it to form a crumble.
  4. Spoon the crumble over the pineapple.
  5. Bake at 180 Degrees Celcius for 40 minutes.
  6. Serve it hot or cold- on its own or with a scoop of ice cream.
