- 2 Eggs
- 1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 1/2 cup chopped cabbage
- salt
- 1/4 cup corriander leaves
- 2 tablespoons Blue Band Margarine
- Cooked Chapati
- Crack 2 eggs into a bowl and mix them well. Add salt and black pepper.
- Add in chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, coriander, cabbage and mix well until it is will incorporated.
- You can also add any other spice or herb if you like.
- Heat up a pan, add in the Blue Band Margarine and spread it all over the pan and then pour the mixture into the pan.
- Let the omelette cook until it becomes firm. It should take roughly 2 minutes. Flip it over and then place the chapati on top.
- Take the chapati and omelette off the pan. Roll it up and serve
