Ingredients
2 Eggs
1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
1/4 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup chopped cabbage
salt
1/4 cup corriander leaves
2 tablespoons Blue Band Margarine
Cooked Chapati

Instructions
Crack 2 eggs into a bowl and mix them well. Add salt and black pepper.
Add in chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, coriander, cabbage and mix well until it is will incorporated.
You can also add any other spice or herb if you like.
Heat up a pan, add in the Blue Band Margarine and spread it all over the pan and then pour the mixture into the pan.
Let the omelette cook until it becomes firm. It should take roughly 2 minutes. Flip it over and then place the chapati on top.
Take the chapati and omelette off the pan. Roll it up and serve
