Instructions
In a mixing bowl, Add in minced Beef, Maggi seasoning, Garlic Powder, Salt and Pepper
Mix evenly. Divide minced meat into 4 and mould them into burger patties and place on a tray with parchment paper. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Melt 2 tablespoons of Blue Band Margarine on a flat pan, toast Burger Buns until nice and brown.
In a flat pan, melt 2 tablespoons of Blue Band Margarine over medium heat and add burger patties. Pan Fry until slightly brown and half cooked slice patties into half to make 2 thin patties.
Season one Patty with Worcestershire sauce, Curry powder and cover it back up. Continue to pan-fry until cooked and nicely brown on both sides. Set aside.
In a pan, add beaten egg and spread out evenly once cooked add a patty in the centre and fold egg on 4sides to envelope the patty.
Place patty wrapped in egg on Burger Buns and top with Mayonnaise, Black Pepper Sauce and Chilli Sauce.
