  1. Melt 4 tablespoons Blue Band Margarine in a grill pan and add 2 cloves of garlic. Put the beef steak on it and season with salt and pepper, cook for 3 minutes. Flip and season the other side. Put one clove of garlic and one sprig of rosemary on the steak and pour the melted Blue Band Margarine in the pan on top. Cook for 3 minutes and then reserve on a plate. Also reserve the juices from the pan.
  2. In a separate pan, melt 1 tablespoon of Blue Band margarine, add the leftover garlic, 1 tablespoon of black pepper, the leaves from one sprig of rosemary, cream and all the juices leftover in the steak pan. Cook until a thick sauce is formed. Serve the steak with the sauce, roasted potatoes and vegetables.
