Make the perfect Potato Cheese Samosas for snack time. Make them extra crunchy and tasty by frying them in Blue Band margarine.
The two most loved ingredients in the world put together in a yummy samosa, potatoes & cheese!

2 cups Blue Band
3 potatoes boiled mashed
2 tablespoons fresh coriander chopped
1/2 cup mozzarella
1 packet samosa sheets
salt to taste
black pepper to taste

In a large bowl, add the mashed potatoes, salt, pepper, coriander, cheese and mix well.
Brush the samosa sheets with egg and form into a cone shape. Add the samosa filling and wrap. Repeat until all the filling is used up.
Melt the Blue Band margarine in a wok and fry the samosas until golden brown.
