  • 6 tablespoons Blue Band
  • 200 gram beef cubed
  • 1 teaspoon garlic minced
  • 2 teaspoons red chilli flakes
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
  • 1 head lettuce chopped
  • 2 tomatoes cubed
  • 1 head cabbage sliced
  • 4 pitta bread
  • salt to taste
  1. Melt 2 tablespoons for Blue Band margarine in a non-stick frying pan, add the beef and cook on medium heat. Add the garlic, salt, a teaspoon of black pepper and a teaspoon of the red chili flakes. Add ketchup and fry until the beef is tender. Remove from the heat.
  2. In a separate bowl, put the rest of the Blue Band margarine and add chilli flakes, pepper and salt. Mix well and spread the mixture on the pita bread. Add lettuce, tomatoes and cabbage. Top it off with the cooked beef along with some sauce in the pan. Roll the pita bread to form a wrap. Use toothpicks to hold in place.
