Potato & Cheese Samosas
Make the perfect Potato Cheese Samosas for snack time. Make them extra crunchy and tasty by frying them in Blue Band margarine.

- 2 cups Blue Band
- 3 potatoes boiled mashed
- 2 tablespoons fresh coriander chopped
- 1/2 cup mozzarella
- 1 egg
- 1 packet samosa sheets
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
- In a large bowl, add the mashed potatoes, salt, pepper, coriander, cheese and mix well.
- Brush the samosa sheets with egg and form into a cone shape. Add the samosa filling and wrap. Repeat until all the filling is used up.
- Melt the Blue Band margarine in a wok and fry the samosas until golden brown.
