Ingredients
 

  • 7 g garlic cloves
  • 113 g regular cheddar cheese (Shredded)
  • 25 g spring onions
  • 4 slices of sandwich bread
  • 100 g minced Blue Band
  • parsley (for garnish)

Instructions
 

  1. Put Blue Band in a bowl and add minced garlic.
  2. Then add regular cheddar cheese to the mixture.
  3. Add salt to taste and continue to mix.
  4. Add finely chopped spring onions and mix.
  5. Slice the bread pieces into triangles.
  6. Now apply the spread on each slice.
  7. Heat the pan and melt some Blue Band.
  8. Place the bread slices on the pan (bread side down) and toast on low-medium flame until golden and the spread has melted.
  9. Add chopped parsley as a garnish in the final plating.
