Ingredients
 

  • 3 slices of bread
  • 2 tbsps Astra Acti
  • 3 tbsps Blue Band mayonnaise
  • 50 g carrots
  • 50 g cabbage
  • 1 egg
  • 2 fresh green chilli pods (If needed)
  • salt

Instructions
 

  1. Boil the carrots and the egg.
  2. Grate the carrots in a bowl and add thinly sliced cabbage and salt. Mix well.
  3. In a separate bowl, chop the boiled egg, add Blue Band, Mayonnaise, green chili (if needed) and salt and mix well.
  4. Apply Blue Band on slice of bread and spread the egg mixture on it.
  5. Place another Blue Band-applied bread slice on top of it, and on that slice, put in the carrot and cabbage mixture and spread evenly.
  6. Apply Blue Band on another bread slice, place it on top of the carrot and cabbage mixture, cut diagonally and serve.
