- 7 g garlic cloves
- 113 g regular cheddar cheese (Shredded)
- 25 g spring onions
- 4 slices of sandwich bread
- 100 g minced Blue Band
- parsley (for garnish)
- Put Blue Band in a bowl and add minced garlic.
- Then add regular cheddar cheese to the mixture.
- Add salt to taste and continue to mix.
- Add finely chopped spring onions and mix.
- Slice the bread pieces into triangles.
- Now apply the spread on each slice.
- Heat the pan and melt some Blue Band.
- Place the bread slices on the pan (bread side down) and toast on low-medium flame until golden and the spread has melted.
- Add chopped parsley as a garnish in the final plating.
