- 3 slices of bread
- 2 tbsps Astra Acti
- 3 tbsps Blue Band mayonnaise
- 50 g carrots
- 50 g cabbage
- 1 egg
- 2 fresh green chilli pods (If needed)
- salt
- Boil the carrots and the egg.
- Grate the carrots in a bowl and add thinly sliced cabbage and salt. Mix well.
- In a separate bowl, chop the boiled egg, add Blue Band, Mayonnaise, green chili (if needed) and salt and mix well.
- Apply Blue Band on slice of bread and spread the egg mixture on it.
- Place another Blue Band-applied bread slice on top of it, and on that slice, put in the carrot and cabbage mixture and spread evenly.
- Apply Blue Band on another bread slice, place it on top of the carrot and cabbage mixture, cut diagonally and serve.
