Start following the school schedule two weeks before school starts. Wake them up early in the morning and keep them active through the day with studies and physical activities. Keep them up and running!
Use their excitement as leverage to stick to the schedule! Prepare their uniforms and bags in advance so they are eager to go back.
Encourage a positive attitude – Talk about their school year goals and discuss their advancement. Remember, as your kids grow, their interests and passion evolve alongside. Talk to them.
The most important thing – Re-establish the habit of breakfast! The one most neglected thing during summer vacations is breakfast. With improper routines, kids often skip out on the most important meal of the day.
