Ingredients
 

  • 2 tbs Blue Band Margarine
  • 3 Eggs
  • ¼ tsp Black pepper powder
  • ¼ tsp Salt or to taste
  • ¼ tsp Garlic crushed
  • 1 Cup Spinach
  • Feta cheese

Instructions
 

  1. In jug, add eggs, water, black pepper powder and salt, whisk well & set aside.
  2. In frying pan, add olive oil, garlic and spinach, mix for 1-2 minutes. Add salt and mix well then set aside.
  3. In frying pan, add margarine and let it melt, add omelet mixture and spread it. Cover and cook on low flame for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Add cooked spinach, feta cheese, black pepper crushed and fold. Cover and cook on low flame for 1 more minute.
